At the same time for the reign of Nicolae Ceausescu one of the main elements of Romania's policy was to create a positive image of Romania in the West. These political considerations (which are presented very simply) influenced the development of the Romanian aviation - on the one hand the flow of new technologies from Big Brother was reduced, on the other hand appeared on the French construction equipment, and Chinese and a few of their own.
